Inbox AI + Rental Contract Generator
One of the biggest real estate agencies in the region was losing the first hours of every day to a shared inbox. I built an AI layer that reads, sorts, routes and answers it, plus a small app that turns a short form into a finished rental contract. That gives them back more than 20 hours of email work every month.

The challenge
Every morning started the same way. A shared inbox full of viewing requests, valuation questions, maintenance reports and supplier mail, all mixed together and arriving in several languages.
Someone had to read every message, decide who it belonged to, forward it and write a reply before the actual work could start. Rental contracts were a separate job. The same fields typed into the same template, over and over, with the mistakes that come with doing anything by hand a hundred times.
The solution
The easiest way to explain it is to think of it as a digital employee for the inbox. You tell a new colleague what to do with each type of email, and they do it every single time. That is what runs here, only this one never gets tired of it.
I built it on top of the tools the team already used, so nothing had to move.
- 1It reads every incoming message and sorts it by type, urgency and language.
- 2It sends each request to the person who actually owns it, so nothing sits there unclaimed.
- 3It answers the routine questions itself, in the language the sender used.
- 4A separate app turns a short form into a finished rental contract.
The results
- More than 20 hours of email work gone from the month
- Every question answered in the language it was asked in
- Nothing lost in the shared inbox, every message has an owner
- Rental contracts in minutes instead of typed out by hand
